Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Priostack API and associated services provided by Priostack ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you use Priostack on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. API Usage

• Each API key is personal and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code.
• Credits are consumed at the rate of 1 credit per process instance execution.
• Rate limits apply to prevent abuse. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
• New accounts receive 100 free credits upon first signup.

3. Credits and Billing

• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Credit packs are charged in EUR and processed by Stripe.
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
• If your balance reaches zero, API calls requiring credits will be rejected with HTTP 402.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Priostack to:

• Execute illegal activities, generate spam, or host malware.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the infrastructure.
• Process personal data in violation of GDPR or applicable data protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Availability and SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond service credits outlined in our SLA.

6. Intellectual Property

Priostack and its underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Priostack. You retain ownership of the BPMN processes and data you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priostack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits or data.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@priostack.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be purged within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
