Frequently asked questions
When do I receive my referral credits?
Credits are added automatically to your account the moment your referred colleague completes their first credit purchase. You'll see it in your credit history immediately.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many people as you like and earn 20 credits for each first purchase they make.
Do referral codes expire?
Yes — referral codes are valid for 90 days from the date they were generated. You can generate a new code at any time from your account settings.
Can I refer someone who already has a Priostack account?
Referral rewards only apply when someone signs up using your referral link before creating their account. Existing accounts cannot retroactively apply a referral code.
What counts as a "first purchase"?
Any credit pack purchase (Starter, Growth, or Scale) from the wallet page. Free credits from the monthly refresh do not count.
